A. Reasonable diligence will be used and proper precautions taken to ensure the accuracy of data released by the Institute.

B. Where there is a known possibility of significant error in data which is beyond the control of the HI staff member responsible for the statistics, the compilation will not be released or, if released, the possibility of error will be clearly indicated.

C. Where there is a reasonable expectancy that misunderstanding may arise as to the limitations and extent of the statistical compilations, these will be indicated.

D. Failure to participate (e.g. miss attendance at two consecutive meetings, except with just cause) will be grounds for the Committee to exercise its right to assign this individual as an alternate position, naming another individual as a full member of the Committee.
