The HI staff is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Institute.  The Executive Director oversees all staff activities.  Legal Counsel is consulted on matters which require his attention and regularly attends HI meetings.  Staff activities include but are not limited to the following:

• Committee Management
• Web site Maintenance
• Publication Sales
• Budgeting and Fiscal Management
• Office and Technology Infrastructure Management
• Public Relations
• Member Services Administration
• Product and Services Marketing
• Coordination with other Allied Organizations
• Meeting Planning and Operations
• Member Communications
