Senior Standards Engineer : 

• Provide staff leadership for the accomplishment of HI’s Mission, Vision, Goals, and Objectives, focusing on the Institute’s Strategic Plan  
• Facilitate development of technical standards and guidelines for pumps, maintaining documents per ANSI Essential Requirements and HI Policy and Procedures
• Incumbent will assist in the development and support of all aspects of the Institute’s technical programs, including the development of standards, guidelines, and technical documents.  Will also provide support for webinars, educational and certification and labeling programs, as required to maintain the accuracy, high integrity, and objectivity of HI products 

Director, Education & Training 

Oversee course development, vendors and internal instructional designer planning of new courses

Design new sponsorship/partnership initiatives and actively recruit appropriate industry organizations.

Oversee and manage sales and marketing of training programs to meet annual objectives, ensuring expected revenue is met or exceeded
