| 3-Part Webinar Series - Pump Systems Optimization: Energy Efficiency & Bottom-Line Savings

 | Participants of the Pump Systems Optimization 3-Part webinar series will learn how to analyze a pumping system, identify cost saving and energy efficiency opportunities, implement pump system improvements, understand how to prove the benefits of a pump system optimization, and measure the effects on life cycle costs. The webinar series will consist of 3 modules; each module will contain e-Learning pre-work training, followed by a 1-hour webinar. Pre-work training must be completed by the participant PRIOR to each of the 3 webinar sessions. Participants earn 5 PDH credits upon completion of the webinar series.  | Senior Standards Engineer - Provide staff leadership for the accomplishment of HI’s Mission, Vision, Goals, and Objectives, focusing on the Institute’s Strategic Plan
- Facilitate development of technical standards and guidelines for pumps, maintaining documents per ANSI Essential Requirements and HI Policy and Procedures
- Incumbent will assist in the development and support of all aspects of the Institute’s technical programs, including the development of standards, guidelines, and technical documents. Will also provide support for webinars, educational and certification and labeling programs, as required to maintain the accuracy, high integrity, and objectivity of HI products
Director, Education & Training - Oversee course development, vendors and internal instructional designer planning of new courses
- Design new sponsorship/partnership initiatives and actively recruit appropriate industry organizations.
- Oversee and manage sales and marketing of training programs to meet annual objectives, ensuring expected revenue is met or exceeded
- Attend industry conferences nationally and regionally that deal with energy efficiency issues in order to build contacts and enhance relationships and collaboration opportunities
