Attendance Policy

HI is committed to holding a safe and successful conference for our attendees and staff. We are continuously monitoring recommendations from local health authorities, Marriott and the CDC. To ensure the safety of all attendees, proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of arriving on site is required to receive your badge and registration materials. It is also recommended to wear a mask indoors or in public areas of substantial or high transmission.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund when received by February 11, 2022. Refund minus a $150 processing fee when received between February 12 – March 4, 2022. No refunds after March 5, 2022 due to meeting guarantee requirements.
