Sheraton Charlotte Hotel: Sheraton Charlotte Hotel is in Uptown Charlotte, NC, near the Charlotte Convention Center and the Bank of America Stadium. Our hotel is one mile from the Charlotte Transportation Center and a short drive from the Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

HI’s Industry Program is open to all and brings together key insights shaping the future of the pump industry—from regulatory and economic trends to market growth, workforce development, and emerging technologies. Designed for industry leaders, the sessions provide a forward-looking perspective on critical business drivers, policy developments, and innovation opportunities. Attendees will gain actionable intelligence to inform strategy, strengthen operations, and position their organizations for long-term success in a rapidly evolving global landscape.

PILOT Program:

The HI PILOT Program at the 2026 Fall Conference is designed to support the development of emerging professionals in the pump industry. Members and Partners are encouraged to nominate high-potential employees to participate in the program.

PILOT participants may also attend the Fall Conference at a reduced registration rate of $750, providing access to industry education, networking opportunities, and professional development resources that support long-term leadership growth.

Participants of the program will fast-track their career growth through the following:

Understanding how pump industry standards drive quality, safety, and performance, and play a role in their creation through committee involvement
Attending general sessions to hone skills for their career advancement
Interacting with CEOs and other industry leaders to gain occupational insights
Networking and building relationships with fellow PILOT attendees and seasoned veterans

The tabletop reception offers attendees the opportunity to learn more about pump industry products and services. Join us for a cocktail reception while you visit the different exhibition tables and participate in the tabletop bingo, sponsored by Pumps & Systems, for a chance to win prizes.
