Waukesha focusses on high-alloy castings and complex geometries for mid to low-volume applications. Our unique capabilities to produce castings through robotically milled molds, milled foam or printed foam, SLA or PMMA set up apart from other foundries. Waukesha Foundry is one of the only foundries in North America to be able to vacuum melt in order to produce tightly controlled chemistries to improve physical properties of the casting.
