Prepare for the Exam

Completion of formal training aligned with the body of knowledge for each certification level is not required for eligibility; however, it is strongly recommended to support successful exam preparation and overall competency development.

Candidates preparing for the certification exam should review the exam blueprint, also known as the body of knowledge, in the appendixes of HI 40.8 and HI 41.8 program guidelines. The body of knowledge contains all the knowledge topics covered by the certification exam.
