The purchase of individual publications or sets of publications in digital formats may not be returned. If you have difficulty accessing your content, please contact our Support Center.
You may return all other new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by the Hydraulic Institute within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. HI will also pay the shipping and handling costs if the return is a result of our error or if the goods are damaged. A return authorization must be received from the Hydraulic Institute before you return ship your item(s). To request a return authorization, please contact our Support Center.
Refunds may take a few days to process. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and/or contact your credit card company. Please be aware that refunds on hardcopies may take more time. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
