  • How do I subscribe?

    When you have decided which subscription best suits you or your company, simply follow the link to it’s purchase page, choose the amount of seats if necessary, and add the subscription to your cart.

    You will be contacted soon after with information on how to set up and manage your subscription.

  • How do I access my subscription?

    Visit subscriptions.pumps.org, click on the ‘Login with Pumps’ button. You will use your pumps.org account to log in.

    If you do not yet have an account, click on the ‘Create an account’ link from the login page. Make sure to use your company email to set up the account.

    Downloaded PDFs can only be accessed with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader or Foxit PDF Reader.

  • How do seats work?

    seat is the term given to the amount of users that can be logged in and accessing subscriptions at the same time.

    For example, If you only have one seat, you can have any number of users but only one can be accessing the subscription at a time

  • Are subscriptions included as part of an an HI Membership?

    Yes, our organizational partnership includes access to all HI Standards and Guidebooks, along with other benefits.
