HI provides resources for the development of the pump industry’s workforce

The pump industry is essential and growing. With water challenges on the rise, increased commitments to water infrastructure investment and the US pump market projected to grow at around 3.4% over the next five years, the need for qualified and motivated talent has never been higher.
With opportunities in virtually every sector of society, pumping is perhaps the most critical function that makes up the numerous vital processes that contribute to human development. Pumping is a process – but it is also an industry and a career. As such it is emerging as an attractive choice for it individuals with a wide range of aptitudes and skills who want to put them to meaningful use.
